We have currently disabled access to Directli. Xero is experiencing API issues meaning we lose access to your Xero organisation. To prevent large numbers of merchants being required to re-authenticate, we have taken the platform offline currently. If you need payments processing urgently today before 4pm please email firstname.lastname@example.org and our support team will do what they can to help. We will reactivate the platform as soon as Xero's API stabilises.
